我的一個好哥們一直想要買套房，讓我幫他留意著，我在售樓公司工作所以比較了解情況，前幾天就看到一套很不錯的房子，而且現在買的話還有優惠，我就讓我哥們馬上去準備首付，可是他現在也沒有那麼多存款，後來去貸款才終於把買房子的錢湊齊了。現在我們這樣的年輕人都很想自己買套房，基本上都是貸款的，到時候結婚的話就可以和老婆孩子住一起了，而且這套房子真的很不錯，要不是我早就買了房子，要不然我肯定就自己買了。
