姐姐很胖，但是我們家人也不會覺得不好看，關鍵是姐夫也完全不介意。就這樣一年一年過去了，姐姐還是那么胖。但是現在不一樣了，因為結婚兩年了，姐姐姐夫想要個寶寶了，這時候減肥又變成了重中之重了。大家都知道的，孕婦懷孕的時候最忌諱胖了，如果太胖就非常有可能患上孕期高血壓等病，而且過于肥胖也會對心臟產生更大的壓力，這樣的話對大人和小孩都是非常危險的。姐姐也深知這個道理，于是在懷孕之前就開始籌劃著減肥了。
