今天我們上班的時候，我看到同事小李一直在那里爬著，不知道他是怎和以了，我就過去問了一下，他就說是自己也不知道是怎麼了，今天早上起來之後，就覺得自己腰酸背痛的，他覺得難受，所以他就會爬在桌子上，聽到他這樣，我就想到了自己以前了，我有這個腰酸背痛的現象的時候，我就會去做按摩的，我覺得做完之後，這樣腰酸背痛的現象會減輕不少的，所以我就建議小李去做一下按摩呢，聽到我這樣說，小李就說是下班之後去做一下按摩試一下，我希望他做了按摩之後腰酸背痛能好些吧。

以前我是特別的少去看中醫什麽的，不過這次我也就還聽好朋友說是，因為她最近感覺到身邊就是不怎麼舒服的，所以就去那個註冊中醫去調理了一下，結果沒有想到效果也還真的是特別的好呢，所以這次也就讓我去試一下呢，因為我老是肚子疼呢，所以每次都是很不好的，結果沒有想到我也就是才到這個註冊中醫也就沒看多長時間的，就感覺都好了很多呢，而且現在就真的是都沒有什麽感覺了，看來也還真的是很不錯的，我會堅持到完全好的。

很早的時候我也就想要不要給好朋友買一個電動輪椅呢，她這次就是不小心把腳給扭傷了，所以就想是能讓她在家里好好的休息一下呢，因為我們以后也還要比賽呢，所以的讓她的傷也趕緊好起來呢，結果沒有想到這次我就也還真的是看到了一款那個不錯的電動輪椅呢，就這次她的家人也是感覺很好的，而且以后也還能讓奶奶用的，所以也就沒有多想什麽的，就直接買了這個電動輪椅的，這次我也還真的是特別的開心的，就感覺這個電動輪椅就是很方便的。
